 DAIICHI PROPERTIES & DEVELOPMENT, INC. is a company engaged in transacting
business concerning all forms of real property including acquisition, development, utilization, and disposition of residential,
commercial, and industrial property. The Company was founded by a group of successful entrepreneurs and incorporated in 1989.
It commenced operations in 1992. Presently, it holds office at the Taipan Place, its first-completed project, along Emerald
Avenue in the Ortigas Business District.
With a steadfast resolution to achieve only the best, it forged alliances with
respected institutions in the industry. For its Lee Gardens project, it merged forces with IPM Realty & Development Corporation,
another well-established firm in the realty business.
